To view and select site pages on a mobile phone or tablet, use the menu by tapping on the icon with three horizontal lines at the top right of your screen. A window should appear with a list of page options.

To search this site, tap the magnifying glass at the top right of the screen. In the search box that appears, enter the word or phrase you'd like to search for. Submit your search and a page should appear with results related to your word/phrase.
To exit the site quickly, use the orange 'Exit' button at the top of the page. This button will redirect you to google.com.
To exit pop-up windows that appear when you tap glossary terms or notices/disclaimers, tap the X in the upper right hand corner of the pop-up window, and you will return to the page you were viewing.
To make the text larger, you can enlarge your Internet browser window. Here's how to do that for a few common browsers if you are using a computer:

Google Chrome: In the top right corner, click the three vertical dots (More), then use the plus sign (+) or minus sign (-) buttons next to "Zoom" to adjust the page size. For Mac users, you can also use the keyboard shortcuts Command (+) or Command (-).

Safari: For Mac users, go to View > Zoom In or use the keyboard shortcut Command (+) to enlarge the content on the page. To make the content smaller, go to View > Zoom Out or use the keyboard shortcut Command (-).

Microsoft Edge: For Windows users, press CTRL (+) to zoom in. To zoom out, press CTRL (-). To restore the zoom to 100%, press CTRL+0.

Mozilla Firefox: For Windows users, press CTRL (+) to zoom in and CTRL (-) to zoom out. For Mac users, press Command (+) to zoom in and Command (-) to zoom out.
If you are using a tablet or phone, you can zoom in manually or you can enlarge the viewing window by adjusting the accessibility and display preferences for your device.

Green buttons with a downward arrow indicate content that can be downloaded. To download a document, tap the button to open the document in your browser or to save it on your device.
Blue-colored text that is underlined with a right arrow icon → indicates a link to an external website. Internal links to other pages on this site may appear as blue or pink text with no arrow. To open a link, tap the colored and/or underlined text. Internal links will open a page in your current tab, and external links will open a new webpage in a different tab.
The site map displays links to all pages on the site. To view the site map, tap "SITEMAP" at the very bottom of the page near the copyright.
